Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Let it crackle . Add urad dal ..chana dal and fry until light golden.Add green chillies, curry leaves, and chopped cashews.& sauté for 2-3 minutes
Add grated coconut, salt, and asafoetida. Mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes so that the coconut is roasted . Add rice & toss gently . Serve hot in coconut shells
